Weekend Administrative Assistant
Part Time · $15-$20/hourly · Office
Real estate brokerage located in Brooklyn is looking for a weekend Administrative Assistant to support company operations. Your focus will be invoice processing, but you will be required to assist with other administrative duties throughout various departments. You must be flexible and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Review leases for accuracy and appropriate documentation as a part of invoice processing
- Quality control review for listings, including photos, videos, accurate information, disclosure standards.
- Monitor and manage general company emails
- Address customer service inquiries from voicemail and help desk.
- Review and approve listing advertisements for syndication to 3rd party site
- Prioritize workload in a deadline driven environment
- Research projects by assignment
- Data entry (eg. Salesforce) by assignment
Requirements
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Financial knowledge is a plus
- Written customer service experience is a plus.
