About

For Ronnie Lanzilotta, the New York City skyline has never been too far away. A native of Long Island, his experience in New York City began as a teenager performing in historic rock clubs on the Lower East Side. Fast forward ten years and Ronnie graduates from Boston's Berklee College of Music and makes the move back to New York, this time landing in the nouveau arts district of Bushwick. Ronnie's real estate career began in Boston while still enrolled in college. Now 26 years old, he has already garnered experience working in the fast paced Boston and Brooklyn rentals markets, assisting on multimillion-dollar sales at a commercial real estate office, and delving into high volume residential home sales on Long Island. With this panoramic experience in real estate, he is prepared to deal with any challenges that his clients present to him with care and calmness. Currently a resident in Bushwick, Ronnie is involved in the current arts revival occurring in the neighborhood. He plays bass guitar in lots of local bands and attends local shows nearly every night. This makes him the ideal agent for both new transplants to the neighborhood as well as long time residents looking for new excitement in their communities.
