Clean, organized, friendly bartender from Chicago! I love interior design and it’s important for me to live in a cute, trendy apartment that is tidy and clean (!!!!). I’m rarely home, very quiet, and respectful of common areas and your own personal space. I consider myself highly progressive, and it’s important to me that you are too! I believe in science, equal rights, a strong supporter of the LGBTQA+ community, and so-forth. I am also 4/20 friendly, but I generally prefer if you don’t smoke in the common areas often. If being friends with your roommate is important to you, I’m down! I am moving to NYC alone and don’t know many people here. I love wine nights at home (I also make a killer marg and come with my own booze & at-home bar kit) and exploring the city! If you just want someone to split the rent and be coordial with, that’s okay with me too! I can adapt to any home dynamic you prefer.
