Kariena Sonnee, born and raised in New York City. Obsessed with all things fitness, clean eating, animals and real estate. Before beginning my career in real estate, I sporadically moved to Miami, Florida - I wanted a new experience. While living in Miami, I finally decided that a career change was necessary and attained my real estate license. The brokerage I began working with primarily focused on investment properties - Having built a strong, investor client-base, I was able to sell over 100 investment properties in only 15-months. Now back home, I am focusing on my true passion of residential and commercial real estate throughout New York City. Moving three times in just three years, I know firsthand how complex this process can be. My goal is to make this process as fun and seamless as possible for my clients, whether you’re moving into your first or next rental, or purchasing an investment property.
